  • After eating at the hostel of Alphonse (Yes we absolutely have to go you will not be disappointed), don't forget to visit the mysteries of Farges! We found this great, it was not expected to learn so many things (ripening of cheese, local history, houses troglodytes, photos... embossed). Not very attractive for my son 4 years but we adults loved.

  • The owners of the farm of Bellonte have staged the lives of their ancestors in these old stones that we discover a part of the history of the region and the ST NERCTAIRE cheese. I very highly recommend this visit coupled with the farm.

  • A travel brochure found in our campsite, we ventured into the mysteries of farge. Fabulous discovery that these stereoscopic pictures from 1900 taken by a character forward-thinking, immersive testimony of these years followed by a presentation of method of ripening of the cheese and then visit caves cave with some explanation on the Organization of life in these caves. Then a movie telling you the adventure of a priest seeking to protect a relic... We feasted. Attention predict a wool caves are very cool.

  • If you're found of history, of Saint-Nectaire cheese or even of -light- geology this museum will fulfill your expectations! The guides are nice and always ready to explain. the visit ends with rare 3D pictures of the region in the 19th century. A must-seen in the region. The shop has also very nice local products. And finally, the village itself is worth to see, in the middle of the mountains. I loved it!
