  • Very interesting tour, in 2 steps! We start by visiting the Farges mysteries with the discoveries of the caves of troglodytes, (caves of ripening of cheese) and then the visit of the farm and the cheese. Staff is nice and very well-meaning public, (ready access to caves jacket). A big congratulations for having your family business in this way! Good continuation!

  • The history of the old life in these cave houses that sheltered people as well as animals and are also used for the refining of St Nectaire cheese. Very nice black & white photos in 3 D of Mr. VIGINEIX and older than 100 years price little be a bit excessive for the time to visit!

  • The mysteries of Farges are both a discovery of St Nectaire manufacturing very well explain and present by the hosts of this site and also a plunge into time and history that made this cheese factory what it is today. Experience or one learns a lot of things and or highlight of the show we see black-and-white pictures in 3D at the time of the village of St Nectaire.

  • If you're found of history, of Saint-Nectaire cheese or even of -light- geology this museum will fulfill your expectations! The guides are nice and always ready to explain. the visit ends with rare 3D pictures of the region in the 19th century. A must-seen in the region. The shop has also very nice local products. And finally, the village itself is worth to see, in the middle of the mountains. I loved it!
