  • wait for the low tide (WARNING - if you get stuck there, you will have to wait for the low tide). generally you can walk at around 30 minutes before the low tide, then I am not sure how long it remains the same. I guess you have 1 hour to explore the small island by foot, more if you are a bit adventurous!
  • Cool place to walk to when the tide is out, a United experience.
  • Worth a visit. Be careful with the Tide!
  • Outstanding visit across the water at low tide, you can even spend a night at the fort alone sleeping in the old military barracks with no electricity. Well worth a visit just to understand the military value and get a real feel for the area. From Australia.
  • Fantastic place well worth visiting
