  • I judge that the cheese: Morbier and County. By twice coming home from holiday Sunday, all the good addresses being closed, we stopped twice in this shop (and Yes, what Miss the most on holiday is the County). This wind of any cheese, but an amazing price shop. If you can, stop you in a fruit, where to go to a real cheesemonger.

  • The shop is nice and and you'll find all products of the Jura (food and drink). Special mentions for the sausage to cabbage, cheese and sausages for raclette, the Golden mount, the smoked trout... Many products are authentic, natural, and made on-site and the friendly boss will help you in your choice.

  • A cheese maker who can't cut you a squeegee because "Madam you not want the kitchen you, and more". It's a never before seen. We pay a service non-existent!

  • Regular cheese and on average €4 more expensive per kilo to Clairvaux lakes where the cheese is extra. My angry: I'm sick of thieves! As some traders (sedentary or itinerant), this cheese does not tare, which is mandatory. Indeed, the weight of the paper weighed throughout the year allows the seller to win neither seen nor known a tidy sum (I know traders who call it "their 13th me"), while the cost of the paper is yet well included, like the rest of the charges, in the price of the product sold. And it's the height, since the cheese maker uses a superb paper double foil, ultra heavy (the paper is often a little thick for the food at the Cup, which is normal, but there... never seen it!), and you pack your serving of cheese in a piece of paper where he could pack into two or three! It is therefore proof that he plays on the packaging to make money, if not it would be a little more frugal with its supplies... To summarize, I bought 5 pieces of cheese, and I paid more 72 grams of paper. For those who think it's not much, multiply that by €18 per kilo (on average), by 20 or 30 customers per day (and even more in high season), by 7 days of the week, and then by 52 weeks... It exceeds very much the €10,000 annual! And then, the tassel... "You want a bag lady?" Ah ba non, I'm going back with all my packages under arm... I had never seen a cheesemaker or a butcher who gives more bag. Especially since now they are often biodegradable... In short... So of course, I took a bag. Charged 30 cents. Well, I am not the calculation of the price of the bag (which must cost 2 or 3 or 4 times cheaper) by the number of customers, days... That's how we take consumers for idiots.
