  • Very nice trip in conjunction with the Devil's bridge, when the weather is beautiful and less beautiful. The tour in the Argrileum is very well explained and gives an insight into the processing of the tradition of St. Jean, the "pottery" ‼️

  • This museum traces the history of the pottery and especially that of this small picturesque village. The Museum is interesting and interactive.

  • "Argileum", new showcase for the pottery House is an ideal place to discover a living local tradition of over 600 years old. Initially, pottery "painted" to use in cooking and archittectural (peak of downhills channels, gutters, tile and tile). the whole process of manufacture of the poteriey is explained but also traditional practices through workshop Sabadel, one of the oldest in the village, registered as Historical Monuments. You can participate in a playful and interactive course illustrating various aspects of ceramics, while following the steps in the creation of the characteristic glazed terracotta pieces of Saint-Jean-de-Fos. To put their hands in the dough, demonstrations and workshops are also planned. You can then continue the tour in the village by going to the meeting of ten potters still in activity. If you come visit in August, watch before the timing of the market of potters, it will make you beautiful encounters with 60 of designers in pottery from france and abroad,
