  • Thursday 27 October, 15 h 00 arrival (free) parking of the prehistoric Centre. 5 adults 1 child under 4. Low season price 5 euros free entry for breakfast. Small shop at the entrance with different products, books, gadgets, like everywhere. in the background the museum store that I found not too attractive, (this is only my opinion). Anyway here we are in the Park, the entrance 2 tents (tipi genres) a great small, a little further a search site restored makes the joy of children, a trowel, a brush one picks up dust and a given bucket has every child, and the course it's joy. Activity for the 6 / 12 years, my little 4 year old son is nevertheless fun has make the holes and more holes, to finally find a (tree) leaf which dated back to the less than two days, great back in time... After frankly the Park and quickly done, round two (houses) prehistoric, with the round inside a Wolf, a wild boar, and a species of ibex, plastic, a semblance of home, bed, and trade has weave. I spend the Botanical Garden, in the month of April, the wild turnip, lenses, early peas, had long nothing edible. Two Aries (living) are in a pen, why not, they serve as a lawnmower. A few small Earth ovens are placed next to what looks like has a stone a grind grain I searched but not find explanation next. The megaliths and stone structure completes the tour, sad it must be said. And the think the scammed do you plan... 5 + 1 child. And Jo comes to 16 h 15 to do a demonstration of arrows with its thruster jets. And everything changes, it captivates young and old, talks about this distant life, hunting, survival, stories of family with rebellious teenagers etc etc..., more than his demonstration, life is the Museum. What then about techniques to make a fire, always embellished with anecdotes and a host of info on the stones and wood used. A real big emotional moment, coming finally has make us forget the beginning of the visit. In conclusion only do for entertainment. Two the day of my visit, he is also cutting of stones and a workshop pottery in high season I think. I would have liked to have mannequins, statues, or silhouettes of these men, around the fire, near a house in the task daily, to give a little more souls in this place. Still one thing to finish, this power line that crosses the Park from above the "prehistoric" houses, makes you instantly lose the moment of dream that we might have watching them. Congratulations JO it is due has only this park.

  • We enjoyed the visit and animations. The children participated in a "search site", a demonstration of hunting and of the light. The explanations and the passion of the facilitator (jo) being communicative; We didn't spend the afternoon (from 14:30 to 18: 00). On the other hand, if you only intend to visit the Museum and see the outside. There might be ways to be a little disappointed because the contribution and interest are in the animations.

  • A great time spent with the animators in the pottery workshops - the size of the Flint - fire - menhir. Their knowledge and their humor blend brilliantly to better understand the Neolithic. A real pleasure for young and old! After such a visit you will be ready to make fire by friction or percussion to Koh-Gamersyde. One regret: the cairn is always impressive, but the large Neolithic farms from our previous visit (16 years already!) are no longer there (?). Thank you for the very nice lady.

  • Hardly any interaction, and the English spoken is very limited. Don't go if you are not from France.
  • Very interesting and child friendly
  • Very playful manual Animations for the children and parents if they want. Very friendly staff especially the Potter and the man of fire that makes you think about the world, modernism and a way of life at the time... Opening of mind but this is not due to holidays? Finally j will try m recalled for the life of every day! Life modern because I have it and coolest to you to make up your mind. My kids loved it.

  • Feel free to take the step of this unconventional Museum. A facilitator Teleports you to the dawn of mankind. Playfully, he twists the neck to the ideas received on what is prehistory; The humor is his business card; He created before your very eyes of tools, knives, spear points, machetes; He speaks of our forefathers with humility and deep respect. All their knowledge seems to take life in his silver eyes. Then you will attend l'instant magic, unique in a life, the moment where this man breathes life to the fire. All in the Palm of his hands he will rock this small nest of straw houses ' spark, as a child who has been born. I don't have too tells you; See how the man immortalized humanity;

  • A great activity to do. Everything is well explained and fun for all ages... The staff is extremely nice and the moderator in the room is really passionate about what he says and it's really nice to live... I recommended to all who pass in the corner you will not regret it.
