  • Our visit in this place, was part of our journey, it is a very moving place, I've known this place by following the life of Ste Benoîte, and I was very excited to see this place. Arrived, I was surprised by the silence and the beauty of the place. The room or Ste Benoîte experience was simple and yet rich in emotion. The sanctuary although small inspires contemplation, feels calm and peaceful, it is a place that there is no want of photographed, people are here to gather and pray. As the miraculous oil not stand, or advertisements, find her to ask one sister in a small office, it is she who delivers and there nor rates is according to your desire to give, but I believe that those who take it as me will want to make a donation. Do the loop and you won't believe that this marked you

  • Here you are at 900 m altitude, in the South of the France Alps. The Sun is shining, a beautiful blue sky, the tops of the mountains that smile you with all their beautiful teeth! You are in the hamlet of Notre-Dame-du-Laus, visited each year (young travel in groups, families, toutistes solo...) or just over 170,000 visitors seeking relaxation, discoveries, sports, spirituality (this place is run by priests of the diocese of Gap and Embrun, and Benedictine Sisters of the Sacte-heart of Montmartre). A bit of history is in order here: between 1664 and 1718, Benoîte Rencurel, a Shepherdess was rewarded with various appearances: Saint Maurice, Angels, the Virgin Mary, and Christ on the cross. This place is officially recognized Catholic Church pat. With my parents, my brothers and my wife stayed here two days merveilleurs, on the road from Gap to Nice (Napoleon road)

  • A short weekend in a beautiful forest with rich vegetation and climate spectacular 18-20 degrees with a very fine and pleasant air, into a sanctuary open all year with a hospitality just a stone's throw from the Church and from the places of prayer. The richness of the spirituality of this site requires a minimum stay of 2 days and not a quick stop. The basilica houses a chapel where you can make the anointing with oil lamp and reciting the prayer with faith are numerous physical and spiritual graces. Unfortunately the hotel has rooms although unpretentiously and also houses the restaurant definitely poor in proposals. Recommend only lunch and not dinner. I don't know the rates. The breakfast was not done because the time too late. The grace of the place, is very strong. I recommend having a pilgrimage with faith and listen in silence in the presence of Jesus.

  • It pays to go and see the place, and even more plus is the fact that many hiking trails lead to the shrine. Super views. Recommend

  • 1 point I'm a bus driver, I arrived some days ago with 53 students and 5 companions of 3 schools in the Toulon area for a stay of 3 days at our Lady of the laus; having arrived to 11: 00 and everyone if being installed, students having taken a picnic for the lunch, I went to see at the front desk how to my meals in pension full; I heard myself respond that my lunch this was not planned and that the full Board started that evening! After many discussions and have even offered to pay for my meal, always refused to eat me! so after getting up at 5: 00 of the morning and is 300 km to accompany all of these people I have to wait until the evening to have a meal! 2nd point I was attributed to my 3 day stay what they call a room in a State of filth, intolerable with only a single bed and an old table, no toilet, no shower being in common at the bottom of the corridor and in a State of unbearable dirt I CONSIDERED THAT ALL THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INADMISSIBLE, INTOLERABLE INCONCEIVABLE AND SEE EVEN FOUTAGE OF MOUTH? ESPECIALLY COMING FROM A PLACE THAT IS SAID RELIGIOUS! I am the 3rd driver of my company to go to this place who has the support it and who will now refuse to go into that stinking place

  • Ride regularly at the shrine is vital for me. Here are four decades I've known this Marian place, I was very young at the time and I was immediately drawn to this site where plane Benoîte memory and light of Mary our Blessed Mother. I find the possibility to isolate me, to find me me even in front of Mary, me reconcile with me even with other...
