  • Nice home with very good advice. Don't push consumption in quantity or price. Many choices.

  • This House is like a showroom of most (if not all?) wines produced in the region. The wines are arranged in displays and well identified by rank and year. Small signs give rather brief information on wines. It's a self-service.

  • Not to be confused with the larger Maison du Vin de Bordeaux and its Bar á Vin, this is a wine shop in St. Emilion that reliably has a tasting of a wine or two going all day.
  • The aroma test is fun for visitors, otherwise staff that don't really know the wines, bit unenthusiastic, no wines on tasting. Reasonable layout by year for non classified growths.
  • Very handy, very good wine selection at honest prices, less prominent growers, packaging in boxes of 3.
