  • Very touristy place. There are few lighthouses that it is possible to visit and this one is rather very well preserved. Visit the lighthouse preferably between noon and two hours to avoid the long queue. 267 once markets and the two last small well narrow stairs gravis you can access the top of the lighthouse with great views of the ocean and the island of Ré. Nice. Admission fees 3.40 euros by adults free for children under 7 years.

  • Don't miss when you come to the island, the Lighthouse is located in a lovely area and the view that it offers (s) (e) mounted once at the top is simply splendid! It takes courage to reach the end of its 250 markets but well worth the trip.

  • A nice touristic location, the lighthouse provides an interesting view of the west side of Île-de-Ré and the ocean.
  • Worth the 200+ steps to the top for the excellent views
  • Belle vue. Un peu cher
  • Staircase is so pretty
  • Beautiful view at the top of the lighthouse. Very beautiful staircases in the lighthouse to take beautiful photos... beautiful beach also with the walls and fixtures of pebbles made by tourists. At the top of the lighthouse you won't find Castagnet family...
