Learn all about Neanderthals and the prehistoric ages by going for a visit to the Paleosite. The park area covers almost 10 hectares (24.7 acres) of land, while the covered area spreads across 2000 sq meters (21527.8 sq feet) of the site land. The theme park offers visitors a close look at the prehistoric world and the prehistoric lifestyle. Imagine taking a journey back in time, traveling 15 billion years back and living with Neanderthals. You can also do some shopping here, as the gift shop sells a huge collection of various memorabilia and archaeological items. We arrived at 11: 00 and left at 17 h 30, better is worth to do not come too late to have time to do anything and not to feel frustrated to have missed such and such animations. There is entertainment for adults (visit of the deposit, the fire...) and small (makeup, painting, shooting to the thruster...), everyone is benefiting, and the animators have a lot of humor. Plus: opportunity to emerge from the park for Spades fuck or eat elsewhere and return later in the day, the ticket is still valid! In short, I recommend! ;-)

The hall is now "inhabited" by animals prehistoric life-size; Park is wooded and you can visit prehistoric villages; they give us upon our arrival a schedule of activities: there are demonstrations of starting the fire, stone cutting, hunting, of the art (for children), the search, guided tours to the archaeological site and all for the same price as it was ten years ago! It's so rare these days to have more benefits for the same price that I think must be stressed! Ah yes, another thing has not changed in 10 years it is the welcoming of the staff: thanks to them all for their smiles their availability helps them my grandchildren and myself have spent a beautiful day a happy Grandma

Rather for the little ones
Jean-Marc TranchantAugust 23, 2017Park family on August 15, 2017. We're in full tourist season but the Park seems abandoned. Assaulted by huge thorns from the parking lot, the outside panels are faded and illegible. Several activities but... only once a day. Many attractions are in maintenance or HS. Access to the stands is done with the "personalized" card given at the entrance, but it's really a useless gadget that does not always work. Very disappointed.
Cias actioncoAugust 4, 2017Disappointed... Little accessible animations with young children, we'll forget the atlatl for less than 6 years shooting, the size of the stones and fire are made by entertainers (we would have liked to be able to test), only the paint is free (on limited niche) , paint with ochre on a false (medium) walls, no protection provided for the children and no indication of the fact that the ochre does not stain if you wash clothes in cold (too bad for parents who do not know)... Search workshop was only in the morning, too bad! A short little Park, little host, too bad it might be nice with additional resources!
Meriadec MichelAugust 18, 2017BOF. A little aging, followed by an outdoor audiovisual installation quite short. There are interesting animations, but it's a bit long for the youngest children...
Didie DouSeptember 6, 2017Site not bad for a family outing, pity that the workshops is not continuous and is that 2 times a day, too bad also that there have so many multimedia. Otherwise it's a nice to visit.
