  • Great attraction to stretch our small little darlings. Everything is from the old train (which works at the fuel... Despite everything!), the explanations in the text, guides friendly and dedicated, even with the straw in the hooves. Kids excited and happy that is the main. Long live the deep France but as I am happy to live in the 21st century with Internet and tutti quanti. Picnic pure happiness because it was beautiful. Nice without "bobo", thank God, let them in Paris.

  • . Not a theme park, a journey back in time” A very pleasant day can be spent here - we have visited several times and enjoyed it each time. TIP 1 Find out the times of the little train that takes you there, otherwise you'll be waiting at the station with nothing to do (there is no road access) TIP 2 Buy the fresh-baked bread made from flour milled on the premises - gorgeous! TIP 3 Very young children will be bored and fractious - it's not a theme park, there are no rides or slides. Ages 7 and above. TIP 4 take bottles of water and hats in the summer months - it can get very hot moving round. How many years have we been coming here? Too many to count! But the fact that we keep coming back tells you something very important: it's worth it. From catching the little olde-worlde train to get here, to peering inside the old houses and farm buildings, to walking around the lovely grounds and to learning (re-learning!) so much about life in the past, it's a great experience. Not for the toddler age group, but even teens will find something of interest. Especially as there's no wifi, so they will HAVE to ignore their phones! .
  • Nice atmosphere, you really get the idea how it was back in the end of the 19th century, living in an ancient French village.
  • Day of Easter, and so Easter egg hunt. Friendly... Audrey guided visit of discovery in the morning, effective and very interesting. (And free). Facilitators-ERS available and teachers, a very interesting day despite relative affluence. Only area for improvement, the meal not very neat and quite expensive (€65 for two, certainly including wine). And the cars of the train to get there are Historical Monuments!

  • If you are ever in the family corner, must do! Already, on arrival, the train puts us in the mood. Then, once on the airial, feels cut off from the world, in the middle of the Landes forest of back in the days of "The little house on the Prairie". Is limited, if it is not expected that this good old Charles Ingalls out of the barn with his violin! The setting is so beautiful, the team is passionate and immersion is total! Do not hesitate to take the guided tour (free), this will allow you to better understand the way of life of the time, with a few anecdotes that will fly at your next dinner! Frankly, it flânerait well half a big day, time to play the old games, to try the bun of the Baker, or to solve the various puzzles of the game...
