  • This village warm tones of its rocks is one of the most beautiful in the region. The houses and environment of Roussillon are blurred thanks to the many reddish hues and ochre Earth extracted from nearby quarries. The result is a colourful village that under the power of sunlight illuminates and blue skies up out you nestled in a verdant nature. Walk around this village from the many workshops, corners where time stood still, delightful squares and small ravines poetic worth the trip. This really is a magical place, a living palette where it is impossible not to observe every corner, every colored Persian, every piece of flower garden silhouetted against the orange walls of houses. Visited in August 2015 ... very busy, but worth a visit in my opinion in a quieter period
