  • This museum is also referred to as 'Museum of ironwork', and the exhibits are exceptional. It lacks a few explanations, but to each object, or almost, I wondered how we could achieve such a level of beauty. I loved this museum changing paintings or sculptures but which is a place of art and history. You guessed it, I recommend it highly and well before the Museum of fine arts.

  • I expected to have explanations on the art of ironwork, show the process of manufacturing, etc. but this is just an exhibition of iron objects. I found the second most interesting floor with old objects of everyday life, that would have deserved some contain more explanations as to their use. Note that the "Museum", a former Church is beautiful in itself and that the visit is free.

  • This is a museum with all metal work. It is in a church and consists of two floors. I've been here more often, but it remains fun. Since January 2016 free access.

  • This museum has been founded in the beginning of the 20th century and is a very interesting museum just behind the Musée des Beaux Arts. You will discover old ironwork, from medical instruments to keys, signs and doors and many, many other interesting things.
  • Free entrance to a really neat collection! I was amazed to see some of the metal work that was possible centuries ago!
  • Worth a visit! If you are visiting the Beaux-Arts museum, come here also, it's super close
  • Discovery of this museum by chance, but it was a real discovery in a very beautiful place. Many objects, to recommend
