  • We went as a group visit the caves and the Museum and we are shock that nothing is adapted to disabled people in wheelchairs. My husband who is disabled was not able to visit the cave and to go to the toilet in the restaurant or store it's a shame. More the person who showed us around the Museum aren't all friendly no smile speaks on a nasty tone when asked questions his bothered to respond. We never come back

  • Great visit and huge minerals collection. You get more than you actually pay for. The staff knows its job.
  • Very beautiful caves.
  • Visit with a child of 7 years. We started with a visit to their collection of gems from the 4 corners of the world. Interestingly, the guide air to know his subject. Despite everything they deserve to be much more highlighted! Room dark, wet, dirty windows... It's a shame! We continue to the cave. Very nice rooms, well-lit and put in value. Attention, it is 13 degrees all year, bring a sweater! I would say inaccessible for people with reduced mobility, elderly (must be lowered in some places) and stroller (there are stairs). The journey is of good length, which allows to enjoy. Return on the same path as the go, there is only one entry. Contrary to some comments, we did find that the pace was too sustained. Just right. The guide had a well-rehearsed speech, missing may be somewhat natural. Still very friendly. See if you're in the area. We do not find that the price is exaggerated, € 21 for 3 (€8 per adult) and € 5 per child, this is not delusional! However the arrival is surprising, it looks more like a restaurant than a tourist... The also the development is poor, ought a shop and a body worthy of the name! Attention, not CB...

  • The cave is impressive. But the host site and mode of visit are from another age. Underground, herds of often unruly visitors, which intersect causing congestion and unkind comments. Visitors little concerned for some, if not by their selfies (flash allowed?).

  • The cave is impressive, huge and absolutely worth a visit. The routes in the cave are well built out and everything is well lit, but you have to go sometimes bent over 15 metres. The guide was interesting and perfectly. Also, the leadership shows an also impressive collection of minerals.
