  • Visit interesting and informative. 2 movies at the beginning of visit are many cheese manufacturing at two different times. Well, our guide Mercedes captivated our attention and curiosity. Being few in number, we were able to ask many questions. Tasting at the end of visit.

  • Visit cellars made by Mercedes. Two films before the visit of the cellars. The visit and tasting times more than an hour, taking into account issues. It is probably the best of the visits of cellars!

  • We enjoyed the "free" tour of the cellars of the butterfly dairy, who taught us all what to know about the Roquefort, his designation of protected origin and its development from the collection of the Lacaune sheep's milk until ripening. A very good guide and a very good visit scheduled time but 1 hour and 20 minutes in fact, as a result of the multiplicity of questions... I highly recommend this tour.

  • Some lengthy moments but overall very instructive and fun, so it's definitely worth it. The guide was awesome.
  • Very good products and a team of friendly and helpful (except for the wallet). Not to be missed.

  • on the spot yesterday with Alsatian cousins! very friendly, free the old cellars tour with a guide. The tasting prompted us to buy our favorite.

  • Visit and tasting...

  • A great visit! A video of 15-minute introduction on the origins of Roquefort butterfly as well as current techniques of production. Then the visit of cellars in a warm, friendly atmosphere with a few touches of humor. The guides speak several languages (unlike those of society), take the time to explain and to answer questions. The tasting is rich enough and explained products. A company without pretense, of high quality, which has kept his soul and his modesty. We have visited twice with two different guides, and each time the same pleasure. To visit absolutely! NdT: visit and free tasting. Duration of about 30-40 minutes. A visit between December and June. Besides, there is no production because they respect the period of gestation of the sheep. NES: even if society is known and recognized, famous in the world, I find that the visit is not worth the detour, especially that it is really not nice and pay (see my comment on Google Maps on Roquefort company). The cellars of Roquefort Papillon are largely worth moving.
