  • This is a true family home, tradition is respected. Cheese is an institution, or taste is magnified. I loved this tasting, these people driven by passion, this display of cheese, or local products. Visit to the cellar was not possible, but I would gladly return. Madam the Epicurean, salute you!

  • A small museum but a flavor-rich roquefort!

  • We went to visit the cellars and taste the cheese company and Gabriel Coulet. Both are very good but we preferred the cheese the small cellar of Gabriel Coulet. Contrary to what we could think, the home company is much warmer. Indeed, one of the saleswoman of Gabriel Coulet has been very unpleasant. After having ignored us, she clearly showed us his "sick and tired" of tourists. He will need much courage because tourists make unfortunately his livelihood... This explains the rating of 3/5.

  • Bought this day Intermarché roquefort black Cosso... a handful of salt in the mouth... This is the only taste that I remember. For me the Roquefort is finished, salt, salt, salt. infect!

  • A family home as it does more, the home is always friendly regardless of the season, and they they are open in the winter... Possibility of tasting before purchase, and if you have the time, don't miss the visit of the cellar under the store.
