They have in fact three trains but shows two: the two former. We were misplaced and I could not enjoy the landscape to the extent we had that a small glass (two bad seats). As for the Organization, although it is volunteers should be a little better. Let me explain we have reserved for 6 three days in advance, and when we arrived no organization in the placement makes us were two left in the car (because a couple to agrees to change places otherwise both of us would have been in another car), it would have been nice to be able to get tickets to 4 and a 2 seat places nearby. For € 16 per adult does a bit light since this train looks to make a trip to TER. The two stars are for the volunteer who serves as a guide and we not learn lot of things on his region. Thank you for this discovery! The village where we stop there's nothing exceptional but the landscape next is to or even. The break on the viaduct is very nice because the landscape is beautiful anyway it's pretty and to see if we have the chance to have one of their former train otherwise this is not too worth its price, although I understand they must pay maintenance of the rails.

Très belle balade au cœur de l'Auvergne. Les personnels sont supers gentils, nous avons même pu être avec le conducteur du train. Belle promenade sur le viaduc. Paysages magnifiques. Tout, super dans ... more »Very nice ride to the heart of the Auvergne. The staff are super nice, we could even be with the driver of the train. Nice walk over the overpass. Beautiful landscapes. All, great as a whole. Congratulations to all the volunteers that make us live this experience.

The comments of a passionate volunteer are very clear and enlightening on the historical situation of the line... Our kids were able to see the driver at the controls and especially to see the front track and bridges since the first car! Being able to get off the train and walk a few steps on the Barajol Viaduct is a must... As this Viaduct is visible by anyone else than tourists on board the Gentianne Express train. The return journey and the stops are well laid. Not too long, not too short... We had booked through the website... no complaints... Everything was at the top. Next time I'd by the combination of the ride with the ballad back accompanied by a guide... Thank you very much to the volunteers who transmit this local piece of history through their passion!
BOURMANCE ThierryJune 19, 2017A very friendly, welcoming and passionate team. A superb line combined with relevant comments. We took in their eyes during this Sunday afternoon June 11. A big thank you to all. I recommend this trip in the not so distant past.
Nelly VrignonJune 20, 2017We had the pleasure of doing this tour June 8, 2017. Beautiful landscapes are open to us. the team is great and passionate, thanks to bring all of us back you in the past
Jean-Christophe GuinioJuly 26, 2017A very nice walk in this railcar that takes us on a railway that is no longer used by the SNCF. We pass on the highest viaduct macone of France + 50-metre high 4 years of construction. A nice view of the puy Mary.
Stephane martinApril 24, 2017Very nice too bad that the laying of the top is too short. The conductor very friendly and gives very nice comments
Maxime RoctonJuly 23, 2016Fantastic walk on this picturesque railway line at the foot of the mountains of Cantal. Informative comments with a touch of humour. 2 and a half hours of fun
