We had a great day. The workshops are led by competent and enthusiastic professionals. Good restaurant on site. Plan d happen in late morning or early afternoon, there are many things to see (and learn). Visit to recommend to all ages, our 6 year old son was so excited to hit his Gallic coin.

We spent the afternoon but we should have provide all day so there are things to see and do with /artisans animators passionate about what they do and with a wide knowledge of worldwide Celtico-Gauls. Experimental archaeology of this village, like that of Guédelon for middle age, is a fun way to get kids interested in our history. Visit to recommend at all families on vacation in the region.

We decided to visit the place without knowing, just to see. What a great decision it was. Away from the theme parks tourist where the main interest is to get the wallet constantly, here displayed and actually run aims to discover the life of the Gauls at the end of the second iron age. The village itself is already a great achievement: mud, thatched roofs, fences wooden walls carved, ditches, etc. Then most of the houses are home to a trade to (re) discover. Leather work, forge, weaving, woodworking, iron working, Wicker weaving, pottery, metalwork, mint, navigation... Each speaker has a passion that realizes precise gestures and knows especially to share his passion for his work. We had a great afternoon, learned many things about the real life of the Gauls (away from images of well-known comics). Adults them as the kids loved. Passion is at the origin of the site and this feels.

Well worth a visit. Facilitators are passionate and exciting. The work accomplished is huge! However to avoid with children too young, who do not have enough patience for the animations. Ideally from 7 years old I think. In addition the stroller is sometimes difficult to roll (sandy ground)

A really interesting, rewarding tour! If you are looking for the Asterix Park go your way, it has nothing to do... is nothing the merry-go-round and the suckers in a suit there just to amuse the audience. The animators, guides, craftsmen are really all welcoming, warm and convey some exciting things with sometimes (often from what I could see) a lot of humor. It's really very nice. It feels really the passion of everyone in this great project! I would go back and recommend it!

Very informative. Think that everything was built "by hand" by archaeologists and his devotees is impressive. It destroyed a lot of prejudices born of Asterix comics!

Great place. Workshops led by passionate people who teach us the Gallic way of life. Unfortunately this place is not suitable for small (-5)... For large, well worth the trip :-)
