One of the most popular wildlife parks in France, Parc Animalier de Sainte-Croix was established in 1980 by a farmer named Gerald Singer. Situated in the center of the Lorraine Rhodes Natural Park, the park’s main draw is its rich biodiversity. Follow any of its three trails to see some of the 1,600 animals that live here. Though the park is teeming with wildlife, the different species of European and Arctic wolves are a special draw. Bears, bison, lynx, and deer also roam the park. Visit the island of lemurs to observe these curious primates at close range. Super cool place. All the animals have giant areas for themselves so it looks like a very cozy reserve. It took us about 5 hours to check out all the areas.

Incredibly well kept zoo with huge enclosures for all animals. One of the top zoological gardens in France and Europe. Well worth the admission price.
