Parlement de Bretagne, Rennes

(4.2/5 based on 340+ reviews on the web)
Parlement de Bretagne is the living symbol of parliament in Brittany and Rennes. After severe fire damage in 1994, parliament restored the building. Look on the ceiling in the Court of Appeals for a renowned painting, "The Triumph of Justice." Since 1655, parliamentary representatives sat at this location, but now the cultural association organizes cultural activities of parliament there. You can attend an art opening, watch theatrical works, or listen to chamber music or string quartet concerts featuring local artists.
