  • We have the car parked at Point Sublime, and from there by bus (€ 6.-) to Chalet de la Maline. The bus, you don't make a reservation in advance. It is also possible to take a bus from surrounding villages and campsites. The first bus left early on and it was still cold. From the chalet begins the walk with a descent on narrow paths. Gorgeous! Sturdy shoes are necessary because it was regularly climbing and sliding across the rocks. On 1 piece you had to stick to a steel tube in order not to fall down .... which was desert heat! The walk is actually not that terribly difficult in dry conditions. We enjoyed the beautiful nature on the go. The steps where they were well to do so for info! Unfortunately I had me lost on the last stretch. After arriving at a parking lot turned out we had to climb to at least another 3 km. Point Sublime. That was a moment refrain because it was very hot. The 3 liters of water were all up.

  • Challenging climbs, unexpectedly narrow top and surprising steps down. We went from the Gorge of the Le Chalet de la Maline and it was for us the first point of interest

  • Awesome views hiking down into the gorge and through the caves!
  • Hostel with 2 stars. So look no luxury. But it's nice! Good food!

  • Unfortunately, it true that the staff is not very friendly. :( The rooms are not terrible (visually) forget comfort. And above all: it is very very expensive for what it is! Plan a good budget for eating at night!

  • Very nice overlooking the point sublime. Downside for the price, adding salt...

  • Some tourist attraction. And who says tourism, said soaring prices. Nice overall.
