  • The landscape is very beautiful and spectacular with the canyons. Special end of June / beginning of July. It blooms about and we were able to observe many different wildlife (Chamois, marmots, eagles,...). The people are very friendly and the food is fantastic. French language skills are of advantage, nevertheless we repeatedly encountered locals who spoke good English and some even German. Unfortunately, we have removed nothing despite week-long hike. We were with a donkey on the road and have stayed in small hotels, guesthouses, cottages and even private homes. A really wonderful holiday in nature with great recreational value.
