Musee de l'Eau, Pont en Royans
(3.5/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Founded to increase awareness of water conservation and water scarcity, Musee de l'Eau showcases the environment of surrounding rivers, including wildlife. The museum also illustrates the water cycle that feeds the city's sinks and showers. Sample different waters--including Louis XVI's sparkling mineral water--and stop for something more substantial at the onsite restaurant. Follow the huge pipe through the exhibits and out the other side for a view of Bourne. You can also purchase rare waters here. • Very good discovery. An interactive tour for all ages for a small price, the staff is warm I recommend

  • Overhanging the Bourne, with a view of the river and the hanging houses, the terrace of the Museum of water offers an original and refreshing, a moment of calm and freshness after a hike in the nearby Vercors. A water bar offers tastings of wines from around the world... very surprising.!

  • We expected better by going to the Museum of the water with this poster of dolphins! It's really a very small museum that offers very little activity... There's a good a small movie theater but we were looking for more activities on water etc... We very quickly made the rounds. There is a tasting of water, but the time seems long to us! However, the view is very pretty! Little Museum that could use new activities!

  • Visit is well but she is rather made for big kids (minimum 10 years) the rest is really educational, and water bar is super friendly. After visiting the village is super pretty
