Made from granite, Fort La Latte is an impressive castle built on the small Cap Frehel peninsula in the 13th century. The fort has two bridges that provide access, one of which is not accessible by visitors, but you can walk across the Grand pont (Grand bridge) leading directly to the front door. You'll notice that the fort is in extremely good condition and the view is superb. • The castle is easily accessible via several smaller routes and with the car. For a small fee you can watch then the castle itself - really inviting and laboriously made. Worth a visit!

  • The descent to reach the site is difficult and the recovery even more. People with difficulty walking, abstain. There remained no less that the fort is majestic on its rocky peak.

  • One of the best preserved castles I've ever seen. Stunning views and rich in history
  • Fantastic view, nice maintained place by owners, you can see how it was in the past
  • Great castle and gorgeous views.
  • Beautifull castle on the rocks.
  • You can go everywhere in this fort, even to the top of the lookout (if you can manage the stairs). Really worth a visit, free parking and cheap entry.
