  • In a rural setting in the middle of nowhere that lists Abbey monument imposing as you can see from the road below! L ABBEY to VISIT NOT c is just a tourist trap with a mystical supermarket without great interest. For the purchase of cheese I would recommend the purchase in the shop they are less expensive and sold in smaller quantities.

  • A place of calm and serenity to exit the frantic train of everyday life. A mass that takes guts with a respect of the liturgy. Ballads around the Abbey not difficult and with great views. A shop with volunteers and welcoming brothers and a huge selection of books, CDs, DVD, monastic products... and cheese of Tamié (butter is good too).

  • A peaceful place. Our societies suffer from rampant egotism and everything is "all suite", for now. In the monasteries, on the other hand, one discovers the virtues of "take some time", of humility. The meeting with oneself. Not to mention the beautiful landscape and the kindness of monks.
