  • The monks have always known to take refuge in steep places or cashed in forests in déficher, in the heart of the silence offered by the profound nature. Also here you will find all this, quiet, silence, respect, restraint and reflection. A place to get together to glorify the beauty of the world intact. Beautiful walks in the surroundings and beautiful views of the Alps.

  • In a rural setting in the middle of nowhere that lists Abbey monument imposing as you can see from the road below! L ABBEY to VISIT NOT c is just a tourist trap with a mystical supermarket without great interest. For the purchase of cheese I would recommend the purchase in the shop they are less expensive and sold in smaller quantities.

  • I do a one week retreat. The setting is perfect. Hotel brothers are very welcoming and attentive. The offices are punctuated of magnificent choruses that you can easily follow (singing in French) even if you have no religious education. It made me a lot of good. I thank the monks for their hospitality.

  • A peaceful place. Our societies suffer from rampant egotism and everything is "all suite", for now. In the monasteries, on the other hand, one discovers the virtues of "take some time", of humility. The meeting with oneself. Not to mention the beautiful landscape and the kindness of monks.
