Cite medievale, Perouges
(4.5/5 based on 600+ reviews on the web)
Cite medievale is a marvel of medieval architecture that has its origins during the reign of Charles I. The tower and walls surrounding the city still stand as a reminder of days past. Wander the fortress walls, the same way the guards did so many years ago. Some houses built as early as the 12th century still remain. See Cite medievale and all Perouges has to offer by arranging your trip with our Perouges trip builder.

  • Very romantic, well maintained and located just a few kilometres from Lyon, may therefore be a stage on the path.

  • An opportunity to ride in a village that has kept its medieval (pebble in the streets, little shops,...). Date (11/12/2016), works of Christmas that animates a little more village with handicrafts and regional products. 2 h ballad to predict any more...

  • Very picturesque location, I recommend to all on half-day tour is the place to make it cross any street, try the local delicacies. Is a town located on a hill with views of the surrounding countryside. The only problematic aspect is the parking.
