  • Discovered by speleologists who rebounded an underground river which flows into a beautiful source of the beautiful village of Tourtoirac. Visit the Abbey... This having no natural access, a well has been dug on the set. The cavity has beautiful volumes, beautiful concretions and the small river which flows at the bottom. No prehistoric presence. I went with a child of 7 years... too young a bit boring for him. If you have the time, on the way back visit the village cemetery and look for the Royal Tombs of the family of George of Touneins. King of Araucania and Patagonia...

  • What a beautiful place! We appreciate the 13 degree by this heat wave, and the lift that takes us 25 meters underground!
