  • I worked in Pau on and off for 30 years and never visited the chateau so at a recent reunion put that right. Gloriously hot day made place look great Walking round it's clear to see how the town grew ...  more »
  • We were in Pau for Historic Car GP event and were staying near this charming Chateau....a visit was a MUST! However we were only able to view from the outside....as they were shut for lunch! Strange.....  more »
  • This place is just full of incredible history. Our guide was knowledgeable and made it fun. Worth seeing just for the paintings and Tapestries.  more »

  • Very nice to visit. Free tour for children (5.50 for adults), normally not accessible to people with reduced mobility
