  • Exciting visit to UNESCO with associated schools of Brazil-PEA. UNESCO has a rich art collection, donated by representatives of several countries. The Japanese garden. Beautiful!

  • As a true fan of World Heritage Sites, it was moving to visit the home of UNESCO, where the decisions are made. It's a classic Modern building from mid-50s and as important snide as out. Terrific coll...  more »

  • Cultures of the world are constantly looked into in this building, as its seal of "world heritage site" gives local spaces much more global influence. A nice building from the 1950s and you can tell the UN doesn't spend a whole lot to modernize as basically everything is still like it was. You could say it's historical in that sense 😍
  • It was outrageous the Unesco's decision about the Wailing Wall of Jerusalem, which says that there are no relations between this Holy place and the Judaism. That's just crazy. I'm sure that your organisation is submitted by the Islamic states (primarly Iran, Algeria, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE and Saudi Arabia) just for economic reasons. What a disappointment...!
  • Visited during an open house appointment well built building full of modern art (mirò, Picasso, giovannetti)
  • Building with somewhat faded glory with great views
  • UNESCO is a wonderful organization focused on protecting culture and education
