  • Stroll up or down the hill and admire the food stalls and the old houses. Make sure to spend time in a cafe at Place Contrescarpe at the top of the hill, one of our favorite spots in Paris.  more »
  • In 6 times I got in Paris is the first time we come ... the quintessential Parisian, a street where fragrances, products and culinary offerings out there, inebruando landscape, sound and smell. Great cheese shops, creperies and boulangerie, but also places to sit since early afternoon for a quiet beer at the tables on the sidewalk. Love it!

  • Enjoy the days of fair and live a bit of Parisian daily life. Just go down the street and choosing where to eat.

  • Nice street with plenty (food) shops and less tourists then elsewhere I had the feeling.
  • It's a perfect place to spend an evening/night with e.g. friends. There are many different bars and restaurants. On the weekend it's pretty crowded and loud at this place.
  • Very nice market, would definitely to visitors looking to pack food for lunch or a picnic
  • Rec by Michele, oldest street in Paris, packed cafes, picturesque Paris
  • Cheap atmosphere and boaring. The streets around not fun to walk. Don't go!
