  • Created at the beginning of the 16th century, this street about 700 meters in length is from the rue des Archives to regain the Place des Vosges. You will find private mansions, the impasse of the Albatriers, one of the facades of the Carnavalet Museum, the House of Jean Herouet... A nice ride. Come by metro, station "Saint Paul".

  • I was, like most buyers in this store, harpooned by a saleswoman on the sidewalk. She praised me products SAKARE, gave me samples, and brought me to a demonstration with a nail (nail buffer, cuticle oil hand cream) kit. I must say that the result of the polisher was stunning. The price for one of these kits was €60, as it was a bit cool to me, she offered a promotion offer, which was for the purchase of one, the other was free, so two kits for €60, it interested me, since my daughter was with me. After reading on various sites, I realized that these products were not exactly those that we thought, and especially the prices are very random... so pure scam.

  • This very beautiful narrow street lined with mansions is a main artery of the Marsh. It allows to discover hidden gardens showcases classified that fortunately we could be kept. It's too bad that the tearooms, restaurants have left the place to a noria of shops that change sign regularly and make this beautiful street a shopping center open. To enjoy the scene safely, go early in the morning before 10:30 and after 19: 00. It's time that I prefer to take advantage of this mythical Street when the crowd withdrew or has not yet arrived! Otherwise if you like shopping, the shops of great brands.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
