Rue de Grenelle, Paris

Categories: Landmarks, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
4.9/5 based on 40+ reviews on the web
Rue de Grenelle passes through the neighborhoods of St.-Germain-des-Prés , St.-Thomas d'Aquin, district Invalides, and district Gros Caillou. It got its name from a practical purpose--it linked the city to the former village of Grenelle. In many ways, this is a typical Parisian street, with restaurants, cafes, shops, and even an open food market. However, you can find some special spots here: No. 38 is the shop of famed shoemaker Christian Louboutin, and at No. 129 you will find the Hôtel des Invalides, which houses the army museum. • "My name is Rene. Me fifty-four years. And for twenty years I have been working at number seven Porter on street of Grenelle, a beautiful mansion with a courtyard and a garden. "thus begins the great novel" the elegance of the Hedgehog "by Muriel Barbery. To find this mythical "house number seven" my friends and I made a decent hook. But in the end were not left disappointed-in this prestigious area of Nice even just walk and admire Paris

  • A small restaurant with excellent French cuisine called Le Royal is located in this picturesque street. The prices are very good and excellent care. It is very familiar, the majority of customers are French. In the exterior of the local lay a slate with the menus of the day. The formule includes an excellent wine Côtes du Rhône. In the may taste the tarte Tatin, the Lapin to the moutarde, etc, etc. I recommend it completely.

  • Beautiful Street in the Saint Germain des Prés. Long Street, in my view it is most good closer to the Rue du Four-a large number of shoe and not only shops, cafes, restrančiki.
