  • The promenade on the South side of the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, in the East-West direction linking. So far along the way just a rose window in the south transept of the Cathedral and Saint John Paul II statue on the front lawn while the person is standing back to take photos. Visitors still yearns for its virtue, is familiar with the nickname of the Pope to fly. Height statue looks like prayers, keeping both hands on the 3.6 m at that time often in the press saw was being projected onto the intact.

  • After seeing the Cathedral inside and the statue of Charlemagne, in the Esplanade, we walked to the rear gardens, bordering the southern arm of the river Seine, and saw, among plants and flowers, this statue of San Juan Pablo II, in the homonymous square. It is a bronze monument of 3.6 m high, gift of the Russian people to the Polish community of the city of Paris. It was made by the sculptor Zurab Tsereteli and inaugurated on October 25, 2014.

  • To form the queue to enter the Cathedral of Notre Damme, we saw this statue, since it is very close to the entrance. One of the last popes of the Catholic Church.
