The pont de Grenelle is a bridge in Paris, France that crosses the Seine river. It connects the city's 15th and 16th arrondissements, and passes through the Île aux Cygnes. Constructed of steel, it is a girder bridge. The current bridge was constructed in 1966, replacing an earlier bridge that had stood since 1873. Firstly, the bridge de Grenelle is located close to the Eiffel Tower and here offers a beautiful view on it, secondly, from here you can go down to the statue of liberty, Paris well, or just to see her "in the back of the head" directly from bridge)) Thirdly, from here you can admire modern buildings on Quai André Citroën. And next to the bridge, on the left bank, is located an excellent shopping center Bogrenell′ (on the left), where there are, and the grocery Fnak Marx & Spencer, and Pathé cinema, and a bunch of branded stores. Whilst on a river cruise on the Seine, it was great to go west on the river to this point and see both the Eiffel Tower with the Statue of Liberty in Paris..... Great photo opportunity,
My almost everyday run place to go, peaceful and you can have a nice view to the iron lady (Statue of Liberty).
Nice place if you're in the area for a sunset during summer
