  • It is a beautiful stone bridge that connects the Trocadero with the Eiffel Tower, making it very traveled by tourists. At its left end (of the Tower) there are many businesses, including a carousel (merry-go-round) and down to the pier, terrestrial and aquatic tour car rental. The bridge was carried out between 1808 and 1815 by Napoleon, in commemoration of the battle of Jena (Iéna) consists of five arches supported by four pillars that each have an imperial Eagle of embellishment. In the four corners there are warriors walk along with their horses, one galo, one Greek, one Roman, an Arab one. We saw this bridge at night, a boat ride, and then we walked during the day when we went to the tower and cross to the Trocadero

  • This bridge is the union of the Trocadero with the Eiffel Tower, is the backbone of a walk that is inevitable to not scroll through, from the Trocadero to military school, therefore must be one of the more traveled from the city, the bridge is simple compared to others, but crossing it is impossible to do it by looking at the floor!

  • There is no mundane on the bridge itself, but Eiffel Tower turns into a nice bridge. Always is crowded with people.

  • Napoléon named the bridge as Pont d'Iéna-Jena Bridge after his victory in 1806 at the Battle of Jena.
  • It's pretty enough - prettier than functional, certainly; not ugly at all. It's a good opportunity for photos and offers a nice enough view, but what makes it is its location at the Eiffel Tower's feet. In my opinion that's a good thing though - there's nothing that could compete with the tower anyway, and this way the bridge doesn't distract.
  • just a big bridge, but crossing it give a great view of the effeil tower
  • Beautiful place to see beautiful view from both sides.
  • Nice view of the Eiffel Tower from here.
