The small belt, scandalous, sad and beautiful... Outrageous: We did everything to Rob it of its 1st vocation: the transport of passengers and goods. We preferred to build the expensive streetcar of the marshals, rather than modernize and turn it back on (thanks the construction lobby). Sad because unused, we could deliver the goods that Paris would need, with with, for the last few hundred meters, electric truck... (Less pollution). Beautiful: because it is a lung in Paris, with its fauna and flora... A nice ride to perform...

Launched in 2013, this walk is quiet and exotic. Is expected not to this in Paris. Ideal for locals. Not necessarily of interest to tourists.

Between the street Olivier of Serres to the East and the place Balard to the West, the route of the old road of the small belt railroad was laid out. This golf course is located in the South of the 15 th arrondissement, along the boulevards of the marshals, Lefebvre and Victor the course is in first trench side Olivier of greenhouses and overhanging buildings and avenues, respectively on the streets of Vaugirard, the hamlet, Desnoëttes, Lecourbe and the place Balard. The road has been partially preserved and the surroundings are rather depressing, with dirty walls, many lawless tags, not always pleasant to look at buildings. Information on "Fauna and flora" panels (sic) were laid but one wonders what it is! No rubbish has been installed at the beginning of the course, only two bins exist side Balard. Few benches are available and the few that are available are sketchy. By gateway, metal stairway and elevator access is available to each possible output. The surroundings are clean enough, but it must be said that few people attend this space that's pretty depressing! A wooden path allows still circulate easily I saw a dilapidated building at the level of the Vaugirard exit, I assume that it comes from the old station. The city of Paris could add value to this place, but nothing has been done. For plant parts it comes to small undeveloped trees, brush and vegetation shaved without consistency... do anything. For those who appreciate the tags, they will be served, all that giving an impression of a botched operation. This course is accessible by metro stations "Balard" West line no. 8 and tramT3. In the middle of the course at the level of the rue Vaugirard metro station "Door of Versailles" line no. 12 and the T3 tram station are very practical.

An old elevated railway is no longer in use that has become a way for walking or playing sports. Beautiful, tall and overview. Well taken care of and with lifts enhance return smoothly on the road town.

Very well, but: 1. What is expected to extend it until the postern of poplars in the 13th? 2. there a fountain of water at each end for joggers. 3. a few a little rickety planks.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
