Categories: Gift & Specialty Shops, Shopping
Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web
Built in 1845 to capitalize on the popularity of the older Passage des Panoramas, Passage Jouffroy is a glass-and-iron covered walkway filled with exclusive shops. It extends 140 m (460 ft) through the city, and was quite a feat for its day. It was the first Parisian passage built entirely of metal and glass and heated through the floor. Many consider this a precursor to modern shopping malls. To visit Passage Jouffroy on your holiday in Paris, and find out what else Paris has to offer, use our Paris family vacation planner.

In walk the world BS-NHK shows aired this passage had wanted to come to the passage in, was sick. During this famous? A Chopin hotel. It was underneath the underground passages of the passage is, and walk down this street was doing on the show, but once in a while there are holes in the small ground long ago puts the warm air from the basement and was warmed this passage. Maniac still shop there just watching the fun.

  • One of our favorite parts of Paris. Passage under canopy very known for its Grevin Museum but not only. You will also find a very nice store "gingerbread" for children in search of miniatures (doll with all the accessories House), current and former, toys wooden toys and Board Games upstairs. Porcelain dinettes are beautiful. You will also find an excellent bookstore specializing in old books, a tea room, a bit retro jewelry affordable. For "the happiness of the ladies" Embroiderers who perfectly carries his name (Ribbon, cross stitches and other treasures) and a very professional, rare home. And yet full of beautiful things.
