Pretty passing through paris, with its wrought iron canopy, very well maintained, it reminds me of one of the passages of lyon, but bigger...

If like me you like the "passages" in Paris, the system should delight you. Located in the 2nd District, it's all wrought iron, dominated by a majestic canopy and the boutiques and shops decorated in symbiosis with the place. A true moment of relaxation in the heart of Paris

It is not part of the most beautiful Parisian passages. Established in 1825, it has two entrances, one to the 145 street Saint Denis and the other on Piazza Goldoni. It measures a hundred meters long. You can enjoy its large canopy. Inside, a restaurant in angle of entry, designer shops, decorators, fashion... A few nice signs and a bas-relief. It is extended by the passage of the village the Abbot leading to the street of Turbigo. Come to metro station "Etienne Marcel".

My favorite passage in Paris. The shops are wonderful and the restaurant so warm and delicious.

A must see in Paris are the grand old covered arcades, this one with its glass roof makes the most of Paris's famous light!

Nice passage, awesome at night to take pictures. Cute stores

Very cool experience, walking through these ancient arcades. Would recommend and if you plan your path right, you can hit a large number of them walking north to south towards the Seine.

one of the few well preserved "passages" that were kept at the time of the Haussmann's renovation of Paris.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
