  • Located in the Marais district on a main road, this Baroque church was inaugurated in may 1641, with a mass that was officiated by Cardinal Richielieu. The Interior has a single nave with a dome at the crossing of the transept. The visit inside usually occurs because attracted by important works found within it, as the painting named ' Christ in the garden of olives ' by Eugene Delacroix, also note the two fonts that have been donated by Victor Hugo.

  • Stumbled across this stunning church by accident walking through Le Marais, and what a gem it is. Make the effort to visit, you won't be disappointed
  • Many Parisian churches are beautiful, but the saint Paul church deserve definitely a stop by. Calm and peaceful, this place offers a unique architecture and chandeliers are really low level.
  • With so many beautiful churches and other examples of fine architecture in and around Paris, it's not hard to imagine many great buildings go unseen. Don't make the mistake with saint Paul. Definitely make the trip if your anywhere in the vicinity. A very simplistic, yet appealing exterior leads to an amazing interior. This near 500 year old building has been beautifully maintained.
  • Not famous to tourist because lack of historical infornation mentioned. Visitors are seldom.
  • It is a great place in Paris, a church hidden in the middle of narrow streets, with a terrific ambiance
