Musée en Herbe, Paris

(140+ reviews on the web)
Art Museum
A little brother for the original Musée en Herbe in the Bois de Boulogne, this museum is also geared for children. They have games and hands-on exhibits so you won't have to supervise quite as closely as in other museums. Arts workshops are available as well, but you'll need to reserve a space in advance. Observation, imagination and identification games permit kids to discover the works of art and objects shown, at their own pace. The exhibits are all hands-on so kids can have a free reign in the museum, and if that's not enough there are workshops as well. With our online itinerary creator, Paris attractions like Musée en Herbe can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • I had read the largest on this Museum, what a disappointment in making it me there with my 3 year old son! Explanations and activities are not at all suited to children. There is that 3 small pieces, we toured in 2 minutes, even by lingering on the works. One of the activities was to repeat the colors on dashboards in Rubik's cubes, my 3 year old son has touched one of the colors with his finger to show me. I explained to him that it was a table (he used to conventional museums and knows that we don't touch works) and so was forbidden to touch, one of the supervisors lunged at me to get started me, but "he must not touch huh!" very aggressively. Frankly disappointed hospitality and deceit "Grass Museum" where nothing is suitable for children. Jaded and indifferent staff who chatter at the entrance of the Museum behind a sad bar. I do not recommend.

  • My little children of 8 and 5 years have loved this exhibition, several rooms, a slideshow with all the works around the world to look in each street scene, in the seabed, the space. L host speaks to children of one interesting playfully, then they made the workshop and came with a nice mask and a mosaic. I have to take them to almost all the exhibitions never disappointed.! The book of the exhibition is too nice, it traces the exhibition but also proposed games around the theme naturally. A nice Museum j love

  • Interesting for a young audience who cannot hold his attention for a long time! But very expensive for the little to see: 6 euro per adult for 10 minutes maximum. The place is small so try if you visit to avoid peak times! Friendly and fun show for the very young: the avengers but as you walk in the neighborhood if you pay attention you will see on the walls for free.

  • Great for kids... and grown ups !
  • Exhibition on the chat, my son loved thanks to the host who has made this moment to the children. Then direction the workshop which is nice for the kids, by however host does not live or even shared moments with children

  • The exhibition the cat laughed us. The Museum is certainly not super big so was quick tour but for the price it's worth! Super friendly staff to listen!

  • With children you need to choose the tour especially if you are lousy at painters (like me). The explanations are clear and appropriate. My girls did then the one hour workshop and they are delighted to
