Moulin Rouge, Paris

3.6
#3 of 2,626 in Nightlife in France
Experience risqué cabaret performances in the iconic 19th-century windmill at Moulin Rouge. The shows feature singing and dancing in the can-can style originally made famous at this destination. Juggling, comedy routines, and individual acts intersperse the main ones to keep you entertained throughout your visit. The interiors still contain much of the romance of turn-of-the-century France. On view in several spaces throughout the venue are poster arts by Toulouse-Lautrec and Jules Chéret. Seated at a table with an emblematic red lamp, surrounded by mural art, enjoy French gastronomy in the warm ambiance of Belle Epoque. • Many people outside of this establishment, it was to expensive to me to go inside and eat a meal but we loved the movie so we had to go at least see it from outside.  more »
  • We bought our tickets from thefront desk at our hotel same day had an excellent table for three which I call a spotlight area about mid way in the venue front stage up a small riser , no obstruction.....  more »
  • Came here for a meal before the show and everything came out a little too fast, but I can understand they were trying to get it all done and dusted before the show. Everything was good, no...  more »

  • A wonderful extravaganza. Great show although I think it’s time animals were no longer used on stage. They are not needed. Miniature Shetland ponies are paraded on stage for 5 minutes. That’s 2 shows a day. I wonder where they are kept during the day?. Tables were a tight squeeze. They could give you very one more room by sacrificing some of the tables. Other than that it was fantastic
  • It is a must-see show. Expensive, yes! Regrets? Not one! It was truly worth every penny! The show is bigger and crazier than you can imagine! We did the champagne only package with the show and had a blast! One of the best eye-opening show in the world. Beautiful and talented dancers and the security and the reception staff are extremely professional with high customer service skills. The show is stunning I will assure you that you will look constantly and be always amazed. The thing that could have been better is the seating arrangement. A group of 6 shares a table and if you are unlucky, you get the back seats and all you can see are heads of the other guests also the seats are so narrow. I understand they are trying to maximize their profit with this table arrangement however the customers need to be comfortable when paying an expensive ticket for such shows.
  • Love..love..love this place! What an exciting experience, the venue is wonderful, service impeccable, delicious menu and fantastic show! Don't settle for second best, a definite must see show when in Paris. Truly a wonderful, fun night and safe atmosphere. My visit was in 2009 and 2019, I can't wait to see it again!
  • Visited 9pm show with wife on recent Paris trip. Total cost was about $270 for two with champagne included. This place offers many options in terms of food and two daily shows at 9pm and 11pm. The show lasted about 1 hour and 40 minutes nonstop. In my opinion the money were worth spent as show was a mix of dancing, acrobatic elements and singing. Everyone performed very well and gave their best. Table get assigned upon entry so come early to get the best spot. Overall very pleased and sort of reminds me of showgirls show back home in the States.
  • Great show! Beautiful ladies, great dancers 💃🏽 & over all show. The roller skater couple was amazing & so were the strong 💪🏼 men. Did not eat because I heard the show was much better Tehran the food. Over all a great experience that I highly recommend.
