Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.

  • Lovely place, very hip and shic. The combination of a cafe and shop is neat. And the food is delicious. Though prices are very high - Salmon bagel in 18€ and small salad at 12€ and the items in the shop also isn't cheap
  • Good Coffee, light snack food, freshly prepared, great friendly service...books, decor, think a modern 'Aladdin's Cave', a treasure trove of all things beautiful, I will be back...MERCI..🙂
  • I fun store and cafe. The prices In the store are a bit high but it is always fun to look around. The cafe is in a used book store - you can both read and buy the books.
  • Cool concept store with a great variety of products: from clothing to stationery to soaps and books. Would definitely recommend you visit it.
  • Always nice, each and every time. Design lovers will enjoy this place. Stop for breakfast in the Used Books café. Lovely.
