  • Ideally located close to the Montparnasse train station, this Museum opened in 1994 Chronicles both the history of the second world war and the liberation of Paris to through two major characters in this tormented period Jean Moulin and the Maréchal Leclerc. The Museum is well documented with many documents and other artifacts that belonged to these two men. The visit to the Museum, free, is chronologically from the year 1939 to the end of the war then ends with the room tracing the career of the Maréchal Leclerc.
