  • Free entry for the permanent exhibition of 2 important figures in occupied France and its liberation. Lots of how-to videos, 3 rooms having this museum. There are audio-guides and explanations in French and English, photos, anecdotes and information of more people that helped or suffer the consequences of their struggle. Pamphlets, costumes, maps of attacks of resistance and much information about a story q unfortunately occurred and not forget. To take a couple of hours quietly, that I couldn't because I escape to see it rather than climb the Tower of montparnasse; p

  • Lots of good stuff here, but the best is probably the way it's presented. They do have text panels in English too (unlike the musee in Bordeaux) but what I found most effective was the way you walked ...  more »
