Inspirock Rating:
4.2/5 based on 60 reviews on the web
For a traditional Paris food market, take a stroll through Maubert Mutualite Market and check out the oldest in the capital. Established in 1547, this market offers the freshest of produce and goods, including cheese, meat, fruit, vegetables, spices, bread, flowers, and more. Clothing and other odds and ends are available as well.

The best time to go is about mid-morning, when the site is bustling with locals bartering and browsing the stalls, and the culture is at its best. Many items are able to be taste tested before buying, and it’s recommended you take a basket or bag to carry your goods. • It is a small square around the Boulevard Saint-Germain and Monge as meet market. Open-air tent poles are lined up wrong will be held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and on Monday came as it was. I also tent to store and to a wide variety of street vendors, however, went to the Marché Bastille Day, which opened its size and was very surprised that the square itself is small, so fewer Marche and I felt that trying to date.

  • It must have been good as my wife bought several items and I got a nice Panama hat. The stall owners were all very nice and helpful.
