  • Slightly disappointed by this tea room I found very very commercial / tourism (logical) but suddenly even the tea room (excluding shop) left little room for an intimate place, cosy and snug. Piled one on the other (optimization of available space) in front of the door of the small bathroom the view was not at its maximum. A bit too pompous service for so little. An almost biblical the map that leaves you speechless. I'm a black fruit tea passion... felt fruits, but not so much to taste (smell) (damage to €10 tea I wish I could feel more thing) then a red fruit muffin and a delicious madeleine at tea. Nothing to say on the sweet side. The tail of people/tourists who wish also to settle at the tea seems to watch us insistently that we could quickly finish our tea time. A bit annoying. Conclusion, rather to potential but too much public for a tea time with friends. It gave me no want to buy.

  • From the road connecting the Carnavalet Museum and the Georges Pompidou Center, went off just a little bit. Tea party either because the longing, visit us. Darjeeling was nice with a very delicate taste. Bags are fashionable.

  • Good luck by chance or may be the evening was vacant and was turned off by weight column. Recommended twink gave me in charge telling you like Earl Grey and the clerk 1-like that he was the Earl Graf French blue. Sniffing until we are satisfied, you can choose your favorite Cup of tea. Ask if they can take pictures and smiling behind the pose and even took my husband and me and photograph three people lined up. Loose Earl Grey tea, classic Polo, jasmine, and had a fun time. Good cheap shopping. Twink very fluent Japan language clerk, was taken aback. Also when you come to Paris must come.

  • A bit on the pricey side; however, if you enjoy great service and delicious tea this is the place for you. Pot of tea (depending on the type) is approximately 10 Euros; cute little restaurant in the back that provides pristine service. Front of the house is a tea shop where you can buy loose leaf teas and accessories. Simple yet decadent experience.
  • The tea room was the worst. Especially the Garçon were unkind. I never go to drink tea at there. But across the street the store was great.
  • Calling all tea lovers, over 600 teas to buy and smell. Been here many times and never disappointed. Recommended it to many friends and they've all loved it. Check out the mini free museum upstairs too.
  • We enjoyed a break from shopping and got a pot of tea each, about 10 euros per person. They also serve high tea with many accompanying courses but we had just had crepes at Bierzh. Tea list was a bit overwhelming, about four pages? I would recommend browsing tea selection in the front store where you can smell open tea samples before being seated at the cafe.
  • Some of the best teas in Paris (and very inventive ones like the lily of the valley flavoured one). The staff is very helpful and patient. I also recommend the tea room where the waiters are friendly and smiling, and where you can seep quietly your brew accompanied with a delicious raspberry madeleine for instance…

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
