  • This is a very well maintained park with a pond in the Center, on the shore of which is a magnificent palace.

  • Especially on a sunny day, it's worth a walk through Jardin du Luxmbourg and go visit the Luxembourg Palace (French Senate). You can't go in, but it's beautiful outside, besides having a very beautiful landscape on the outskirts.

  • Both the Palace and its gardens are worth visiting, a site to be included in the visit to Paris, of easy access, free entry to the gardens, ideal for great pictures...!

  • Visited on Jun/2015: Lots of chairs and benches, where you can stop for lunch or just a rest between the day. You can find drinks and food in the kiosks around or in the restaurant, close to the Palace. The tip, on hot days, is to find a shadow, of many trees around, and lie down for a while, maybe take a nap.
  • Beautiful garden with lots of statues. You can watch kids push the rented small sailing boats across the central pond, sit outside in the sun or jog around the perimeter.
  • I would return but would spend more time in the gardens and probably only buy a garden ticket. The wait is not worth it. You wait in line longer than the time you spend in the palace. Also advise walking down by the canal because the gardens and gorgeous there too.
  • Nice little spot for relax in such big and busy city!
  • Chill out in the middle of a romantic park in the busy Paris is possible in here.
