  • A lovely style of building set in the Luxembourg Gardens. Magnificent water feature in front ( and fountains nearby). Such a serene place , even with all the crowds.

  • Once upon a time I walked on the Luxembourg Garden in May. There were a lot of people, and left feeling the bustle. But in November-trees in gold, serenity. Serenity. Golden autumn. Nice leisurely stroll through the Park, and then dive into the bustle of the Latin quarter, the flow of tourists on the island.

  • Visited on Jun/2015: Lots of chairs and benches, where you can stop for lunch or just a rest between the day. You can find drinks and food in the kiosks around or in the restaurant, close to the Palace. The tip, on hot days, is to find a shadow, of many trees around, and lie down for a while, maybe take a nap.
  • Beautiful garden with lots of statues. You can watch kids push the rented small sailing boats across the central pond, sit outside in the sun or jog around the perimeter.
  • I would return but would spend more time in the gardens and probably only buy a garden ticket. The wait is not worth it. You wait in line longer than the time you spend in the palace. Also advise walking down by the canal because the gardens and gorgeous there too.
  • Nice little spot for relax in such big and busy city!
  • Chill out in the middle of a romantic park in the busy Paris is possible in here.
