Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 130+ reviews on the web
Formerly the pont de Passy, Le Pont de Bir-Hakeim is a steel bridge that crosses the Seine River in Paris and is the second bridge to have stood at this site. You can enjoy this site using two levels--one for motor vehicles and one for pedestrians.

If you’re looking for some history, look for the central arch of the viaduct. The arch is decorated with four monumental stone statues, including figures of Science and Labor by Jules-Felix Coutan, and Electricity and Commerce by Jean Antoine Injalbert. Attend at night to enjoy the line of glowing street lights on Le Pont de Bir-Hakeim. Also keep in mind that many movies have featured this bridge, such as Last Tango in Paris and Inception. • Beautiful bridge over the Seine, between the XV and XVI, adorned with beautiful sculptures, very close to the Eiffel Tower. From the bridge you can download, stairs (very bad if you go with baby cart or similar) to the island of the swans, with ride that goes up to the next bridge of Grenelle and the statue of liberty. Also there are steps to where this statue.
