Le mur des je t'aime, or the I Love You Wall, is a work of art conceived by Frédéric Baron and Claire Kito. You will be often told this is a must-see for couples from all over the world visiting Paris, the city of romance. The wall is composed of 612 squares of enameled lava, on which 'I love you' is featured more than 310 times in 250 languages. For a lovely walk or a hike, an unusual stop for your honeymoon, the discovery of a missed spot, for saying I love you in different languages, or to stroll in the most romantic place in Paris, check out Le mur des je t'aime.

The splashes of red on the fresco represent parts of a broken heart, symbolizing the human race that has been torn apart, which the wall tries to bring back together. This unusual monument, dedicated to love, stands in a Square at the Place des Abbesses in Montmartre. • The attraction of Paris you will meet during a walk from Montmartre to Sacré-Coeur Basilica. The inscription "I love you" is presented here in many world languages, including Russian. If you're looking for-it is placed on the right side of the wall, so it's easy to find and touch. Ff11 and make sure her background of memorable photo!

  • Visited this wall that has written the phrase "Je T'aime"-I love you-in every language in the world. To take pictures of remembrance. Is that it.

  • A wall in the small Jardin Des Abbesses which has I love you written in many languages. Supposed to be a very romantic place according to guide books. The garden itself is cool as is the wall, but the crowd knocks down the rating, and (what I swear) was a feint whiff of urine killed it. Two stars for effort but this place could easily be avoided. Get a lock and stick it on a bridge with your lover instead!
  • A small but lovely sight in Paris. Special and romantic - both due to the words on the wall and the nice small garden in which the wall is situated. Perfect for couples.
  • A small wall with I love you written in different languages. Good place to stop after the coming down from the Sacre couer
  • Nice place to visit ss tourist right after Sacre Couer
  • Touristic place where one may find an I LOVE YOU phrase written in a hundred languages of the world. Liked for the photo opportunities. The main catch phrase over the wall says "Aimer c'est du disordre... Alors aimons!"

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
