Le Maison du Miel, Paris

(4.3/5 based on 50+ reviews on the web)
To satisfy your sweet tooth, Le Maison du Miel carries a huge selection of honey from France as well as other regions of the world. In addition to high-quality pure honey, you can experience the shop’s honey candy, jams made with honey, soap made from honey, and honey-related health products. The real fun comes in sampling the honey before you make your choices. These little jars of golden delight make perfect gifts for loved ones at home, too.

The store's name means "House of Honey", and the origins of its honey include the hives at the Opera, the Grand Palais, where the bees feast in famous gardens like The Tuileries and Luxembourg.

Keep in mind before you go that not every member of the sales staff speaks English. It couldn't be easier to arrange your visit to Le Maison du Miel and many more Paris attractions: make an itinerary online using Inspirock's Paris trip builder.

  • The only place I encountered rude staff in Paris; the staff at first ignored me while I was trying to get a sample to decide on several honeys to buy-then told me to leave their samples alone. I spoke...  more »
  • Attracted by good atmosphere and reputation your shop without knowing this, like. By referring to trip Advisor reviews, purchase Pollen, khachmizcandy and acacia honey. Friendly shop girl. Faraz in English, of course, is safe.

  • Lovely: a shop with a beautiful tile filed (it seems), which offers a very large selection of honeys, all best than the other. But they offer also a variety derived from honey, including cosmetics and sweets. my favorite is a rose SOAP whose scent is sublime. The staff is always very friendly. Only downside, a large market to enter the store. Wheelchairs refrain A discover, for others.
