  • It was such a good experience, cool to get to know how to prepare them, it does last two hours and its a cool way to learn and you can get the things you prepare home afterwards. The only thing is that I would improve a few things if I were them: -The cook aint super nice and he explains the important stuff way too quick. -They shall give the recipe of rice and rest of stuff in a paper. That aint expensive at all. -Its a bit expensive paying 60 Euros for a 2hours class. -It would be so nice if they taught how to cook some nicer makis. -I think the cook shall be focused less in the technique and more in the recipes -They shall give the bamboo thing as a present Anyways we really liked the ones we prepared
  • I attended the "Molecular Bites" course with 3 colleagues tonight, and it was a great evening! Some simple achievements and others very impressive with Azote. Special mention for the breath of the dragon 😉 We really ate a lot (especially foie gras) and the ingredients were of good quality. And the chef was very friendly (although at some point he seemed a little bit disorganized). I can't wait to go back, I recommend this workshop 🥳

  • Excellent evening at the culinary lab. Good atmosphere and nice décor. I'm going back with an idea of dinner with friends.

  • I participated in the molecular cooking class and nitrogen mouths. It was the first time I was in a cooking class. I found the fun course with a friendly atmosphere. Moreover I found it very nice to be able to taste throughout the workshop. On the other hand, I found the explanations quite approximate. I was expecting to cook things a little more elaborate. I was also expecting to leave with a small support that would summarize the important information of the things accomplished. And finally, we eat strawberries in the middle of November, there really I did not understand.
