  • Workshop very friendly sushi, with Chief Michel: cutting fish, cooking rice, rolling etc... Relaxed atmosphere and we leave with 23 Sushi (well, they not all have the same name but I remember already!). Only regret not having a small written from support. But we find everything on the site of the lab it seems. Rest to reproduce all at home. Good time in any case, certainly top for a team building

  • The kitchen innovative, fun and accessible to all. 2 h workshops parade and make us discover each time new cooking techniques, new ways to make simple, healthy and very good food. Even a novice in the kitchen, like me, may have a very good time, participate in the preparation of dishes which will be tasted then and learn reusable techniques in molecular cuisine as traditional. Very good value for money. Do not hesitate, it can only be a great experience. * Special mention to the head cook who perfectly explains his dishes and which brings together very well the group.

  • It was such a good experience, cool to get to know how to prepare them, it does last two hours and its a cool way to learn and you can get the things you prepare home afterwards. The only thing is that I would improve a few things if I were them: -The cook aint super nice and he explains the important stuff way too quick. -They shall give the recipe of rice and rest of stuff in a paper. That aint expensive at all. -Its a bit expensive paying 60 Euros for a 2hours class. -It would be so nice if they taught how to cook some nicer makis. -I think the cook shall be focused less in the technique and more in the recipes -They shall give the bamboo thing as a present Anyways we really liked the ones we prepared

  • A great class of molecular cuisine! Ambience at the top, the very teacher leader. A workshop to share with family or friends without hesitation! Thank you again Chief!

  • The workshop Lebanese Nice was no more. Especially if we ignore the delay and the lack of home. We stay a 13 people, 10 min, not knowing what to do before the arrived from the head. A dynamic leader and nice but that would have to ask if you were well washed hands before start the preparation... So I hesitate to pay 89 euros for the sushi master course... or for any other benefit.

  • A nice intro to molecular cuisine. Our chef was patient and educational, the quality of your meals depends on your talent!

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
