  • Two parties with friends on internet. It is stated nowhere that we will play with other people, but good... Not home, we had to ourselves between us for the rules of the game, briefly explained on an impersonal video. People marched and in no time we had only one interaction with the people who worked here: home, briefing or debriefing, which is the case in many other centres and much less expensive for a better quality service and much more human. Finally, no place to put our business between the parties. I would absolutely not recommend the place.

  • We came with 7 young people of 12 years. You need to book more than two weeks in advance. We booked early November. You should know that birthdays take place in the room that serves as a waiting room. Two large tables for snacks, not coat racks and games (foosball), punching bag... The place is noisy. We had not chosen this service and we rejoiced. First part: to have silence during the briefing we have right to a "me I care the children, I'm here until 7 pm, it's not me who are wasting time on my part". The children spoke it is true but nothing extraordinary. For work with kids all day I know that there are other more fun ways to be heard. One of the players on our team (which is a regular at the laser tag) came out with a score to-2500. Oddly on the next part, the same vest came out with the same score. The game space is nice and big enough. Second part: my companion and I have not accompanied by young people. Mismanagement of the entry of players into the briefing room. After a few minutes two moms came to say that he was missing two life jackets. They have reserved for 17 instead of 15. Everyone being back in the briefing room, the game started later than scheduled time that this story is set. Lost time at the beginning don't recovers not as do not shift the following parts. We were surprised to see our son out 4 minutes from the end, looking for someone. Since the beginning of the part his vest was not working but it has failed to find the exit. When he came back in the briefing room, nobody was there. One accused him of having ripped off its cable... it could not shoot once only for the part. The sensible person watch behind the screens was to rid the snack tables while the players were in the room. THERE was therefore no surveillance during this part. The person at the front desk managed arrivals, were handed out to the Toilet paper. In short she was not watching either. No commercial gesture, your aggressive (strangely not asked no refund for this cable that our son would supposedly ripped off...). It ended in tears for his anniversary day. To conclude: the game room is nice. Excellent hospitality, the room any adapted to birthday snacks and should maybe have more staff when it hosts many world... I don't see how a child getting hurt (which can happen even without running) may help if nobody is there to keep an eye on the game space.

  • I think the owner has some serious psychological issues. Sometimes it happens that people give bad reviews but the retaliation in our case is way beyond imagination. He keeps charging our credit card for services we never used and he keeps threatening a little 18-year old girl that he will look for her in her home! We already contacted the police since it has escalated to a criminal case and we will use all our energy to publish our story with the power of social media to stop such morons!
  • Completely shocked !!! I brought my daughters there on April 10th 2016, we tried to change the reservation we had and it was impossible, then we requested a discount for another time and after refusal the owner became very aggressive. Today (April 12th) my 18 years old daughter's wrote a bad review on Google about Laser Paris and the owner called her by phone to threatening her of physical harm. We are going now to file a complaint at the police station. Do not even think about going there!!! In response to the manager post: Sir, the barbed man you referred to in your reply to my daughter’s post was me, so I did not lie on this post. You however lied about our behavior; you projected your own aggressive behavior displayed during our brief exchange on us. Otherwise, I have to mention to the public that this gentleman has been threatening us of physical harm if we do not remove our Google Reviews through multiple calls and texts to the cell phone my daughter used for the reservation. We have gone to the police already twice. The owners do not seem to know what it is like to live in a democracy with freedom of speech. If the owner cannot take opinions differing from his, I think he'd better open another business with no direct customer relationship. Update: To take revenge, the owner Bruno Grosso has been charging fraudulently my card multiple times fraudulently. Sir: contrary to you, I do not need the 80 Euros you stole from me, so please enjoy a dinner on my behalf!
  • Good Laser Game, the best on Paris in my opinion. Good play area, very good location in Paris, easy access. I highly recommend it!
  • I am very Un-Satisfied and disappointed after a cashier charged my credit card 80 Euro instead of 18, and then refused to refund my money forcing me to come back later to play again with my kids and gave me a signed receipt as a guarantee. However, when i came again after few days , the other cashier refused to let me play after he talked to him on the phone for 10 minutes! the details has been sent to the owner via the website and no response. I am filing a compliant to the European Consumer Centre France and other tourism related governmental agency to get my money back. Don't go there. the whole centre is run and operated by one person who will make you wait for 15-20 min to get some time to talk to you in a BROKEN English then charge you 80Euro instead of 18Euro. Update regarding owner response: Come on, I will not lie about 40 Euro. I visit Paris regularly and spend thousands of Euros. Why should I lie about this 40 Eur? What I don't like is your insistence that you are the good and I am the bad guy here! your business should grow with honesty, not ripping people off. I paid money for a service, if you can not provide the service, refund my money back. Don't lie to me and say here is your receipt with my signature, you can come back any time to play with your kids using the remaining money for the games I paid for and did not play.
  • Terrain sympa mais personnel pas super accueillant
